RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within [3] business days of receipt, for a full refund of the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking and credit card processing fee. The item must be returned in the same condition as received and must be shipped fully insured via any common carrier. e.g. (USPS, FedEx or UPS)

SteelAddictionKnives.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SteelAddictionKnives.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the such charged amount.
